RVParkBot Start my 60-day pilot

Up and running in about a week.

RVParkBot works from the Campspot account, phone line and inbox you already have. We set it up with you. Your staff don't learn new software.

$0 for 60 days. Cancel before day 60 and pay nothing.

Four steps, and we do most of them

  1. 01

    Connect your systems

Campspot, your RingCentral line and your park inbox. Cameras are optional.

  2. 02

    Teach it your park

Rates, rules, gate codes, Wi-Fi, and how you talk to guests. It learns from your real replies.

  3. 03

    Choose what it sends alone

Start with approve-before-send. Switch on full auto after hours when you're ready.

  4. 04

    Read your 7 am report

Arrivals, departures, rent due, callers to follow up, lots that don't match. Coffee optional.

What it connects to

Four things your park already has go in. Guest replies, follow-up drafts, alerts and your morning report come out.

Campspot, your phone line (RingCentral), your park inbox (Gmail) and cameras (optional) feed RVParkBot. It gives you guest texts and emails in your voice, follow-up drafts waiting for your OK, your report at 7 am, and alerts when something needs you.

Reservations

Campspot. RVParkBot needs it today.

Calls and texts

RingCentral. Missed-call text-back and call reviews run on your own line.

Email

Gmail or Google Workspace for the park inbox.

Cameras (optional)

Amcrest recorders and UniFi Protect, for lot checks on Park Command.

You stay in control

Nothing goes out until you say so.

Every new park starts in approve-before-send. You see each reply and tap Send. When you trust it, pick the hours it may answer on its own.

  • It only says what you taught it: your rates, your rules, your words.
  • Refunds, date changes and anything it isn't sure about always wait for you.
  • Follow-ups to past callers are drafted for your OK, not sent on their own.

Every morning at 7

  • Today's arrivals and departures
  • Rent past due
  • Callers who still need a call back
  • Lots that don't match Campspot (Park Command)
  • Guest requests still open
Four weeks at our six Dallas-area parks, Sep 21 to Oct 18, 2026: 324 new leads, 108 reservations and 19 new monthly guests. 9.0% of new leads have booked so far, still counting, up from 7.3% in July and August. The 108 reservations came by phone (25), Google (20), park websites (17), returning guests (11) and other or unknown (35).

Built in our own parks

We run six RV parks on it.

RVParkBot was built for our own six Dallas-area parks before we offered it to anyone else. In four weeks there (Sep 21 - Oct 18, 2026) the parks had 324 new leads and took 108 reservations.

Setup questions

Do I need new hardware or software?

No. It works from the Campspot account, phone line and inbox you already have. Cameras are optional, and only for lot checks.

What do you need from me?

A setup call, access to Campspot, your phone line and your park inbox, and your rates and rules. We do the rest.

How does it learn to sound like me?

From your real replies to guests and the rules you give it. Until you're happy with how it sounds, every reply waits for your OK.

Does it work in Spanish?

Yes. It replies in English or Spanish, whichever the guest writes in.

What if I don't use Campspot?

Right now RVParkBot needs Campspot. Book a demo and tell us what you use.

Give your front desk a night off.

$0 for 60 days. We set it up with you in about a week.
