Billing questions
When will I be charged?
Not today. You put a card on file through Square and pay $0 for 60 days. If you keep RVParkBot, your first charge is on day 60, then every month (or every year on yearly billing).
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Cancel before day 60 and you pay nothing. After that, cancel anytime and it stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund a partial month.
How does per-park pricing work?
Front Desk is $149 for each park. Revenue Desk is $299 for your first park and $99 for each park after that. Park Command is $499 for your first park and $149 for each one after that. Use the park count at the top of this page to see your total.
What does yearly billing save?
Two months. You pay for 10 months and get 12.
Can I change plans or add a park later?
Yes. Tell us and we'll move you to the new plan or add the park at the prices on this page.
Who handles my card?
Square. You enter your card on Square's secure checkout page; we never see or store the full card number.
Is there a long contract?
No. Monthly plans renew each month and yearly plans each year until you cancel.
