RVParkBot LLC ("RVParkBot", "we", "us") runs rvparkbot.com and the RVParkBot service for RV parks and campgrounds. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: support@rvparkbot.com or [SUPPORT PHONE].
What we collect on this website
- What you type into our forms: your name, park name, number of parks, email, phone, the time you'd like us to call, and anything you write to us. On the setup form, also details about your park's systems (for example, whether you use Campspot or cameras).
- How you found us and what you looked at: a random visitor ID stored in your browser, the pages you visited, the buttons you tapped, the page you came from, and campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source). We use this to see which pages and ads work.
- Payment details: handled by Square on Square's own secure page. We receive the result (for example, that a card is on file and which plan you chose), never your full card number.
What we collect when your park uses RVParkBot
To do its job, RVParkBot reads and writes information in the systems you connect, such as reservations in Campspot, calls, recordings and texts on your phone line, messages in your park inbox and, if you choose, camera images of your lots. This includes information about your guests. We process it on your behalf, only to provide the service to your park, and we do not sell it or use it to market to your guests.
How we use information
- To reply to your demo request, set up your pilot and provide the service.
- To bill you through Square and send receipts and account emails.
- To improve the website and the service, and to keep them secure.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run RVParkBot, under agreements to protect it: for example Square (payments), Cloudflare (hosting our forms and data), DreamHost (website hosting and email), Google (fonts on this website, and Gmail if your park uses it) and the AI model provider that drafts replies. We may also share information if the law requires it, or if RVParkBot is sold or merged, under this policy.
Google Fonts
This website loads its fonts from Google. Your browser connects to Google's servers to get them, which shares your IP address with Google.
How long we keep it
Demo and pilot details: as long as we are in touch with you, and up to 3 years after. Billing records: as long as tax law requires. Park data in the service: while your subscription is active, and deleted within 90 days after it ends unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
- Ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it: email support@rvparkbot.com.
- Stop marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in any of them.
- Clear your browser's storage for rvparkbot.com to remove the visitor ID.
Security
We use encrypted connections, limited access and trusted providers. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.
Children
RVParkBot is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, email customers.
