Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you (the park owner or operator signing up) and RVParkBot LLC, a Texas company ("RVParkBot", "we", "us"). By starting a pilot or a subscription, you agree to them. Questions: support@rvparkbot.com or [SUPPORT PHONE].

1. The service

RVParkBot is software that works with your park's systems (such as Campspot, your phone line, your email inbox and, if you choose, cameras) to answer guests, draft and send messages, follow up leads, check lots and report to you. What each plan includes is listed on our pricing page. We may improve or change features over time; we won't remove a core feature of your plan without telling you first.

2. The 60-day pilot

• You start by putting a card on file through Square. You pay $0 for the first 60 days.
• You can cancel anytime before day 60 and you will not be charged.
• If you don't cancel, your first charge for the plan you chose is on day 60.

3. Billing

• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, through Square, at the prices shown when you signed up. Yearly billing costs 10 times the monthly price.
• Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel.
• If we change prices, we will email you at least 30 days before the change applies to you.
• Prices don't include taxes, which we add where the law requires.

4. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel anytime by emailing support@rvparkbot.com. The service stays on until the end of the period you have paid for. We don't give refunds for a partial month.

5. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information and keep your account details safe.
• You have the right to connect the systems you give us access to, and to let us message your guests from your park's phone number and inbox.
• You are responsible for your park's rates, rules and policies, and for following the laws that apply to messaging your guests (including consent for texts and calls).
• Review what RVParkBot sends. You choose what it may send on its own; refunds and date changes always wait for you.
• Don't use RVParkBot for anything illegal, for spam, or to harm anyone.

6. Your data

Your park's data stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy. When your subscription ends, you can ask for a copy within 30 days.

7. Third-party services

RVParkBot depends on services we don't control, such as Campspot, your phone provider, your email provider and Square. If one of them changes or stops working, parts of RVParkBot may stop working too. Your use of those services is under their own terms.

8. No guarantee of results

We work hard to help you answer every guest and win more bookings, but we can't promise a specific number of bookings or amount of revenue. Numbers we publish about our own parks describe our own parks only.

9. Limits of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, RVParkBot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost bookings, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Ending the agreement

We may suspend or end your account if you don't pay, break these terms, or put guests or our systems at risk. We'll tell you why, and give you a chance to fix it where we can.

11. Texas law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Texas.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and email customers about important changes before they apply.
